Hall goes No. 1 overall, NLL Entry Draft

The New York Titans selected Jordan Hall, 23, out of B.C., Canada, Saturday, with the first overall pick in National Lacrosse League (NLL) Entry Draft.

Hall was a consensus No. 1 pick, with his the ability to make an immediate impact. Jordan was a contributing member of New West in the Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) this year with 38 points in 12 games and a member of Canada's national team that won the most recent World championships.

NY moved up in the draft selection process to grab Hall, the 6'0, 190-pound transition man. The Titans traded d-man Matt Alrich and their No. 3 overall selection, for Boston's No. 1 and No. 29 picks.

With that No. 3 pick, Boston selected, from the Six Nations Arrows, forward Craig Point, who they then traded to Minnesota in a transaction that involved a slew of players... We'll break down all the trades later with an 08 NLL Preview.
