Seven rookies join the Wings squad this season including first-round draft picks Merrick Thomson (second overall) and David Mitchell (25th overall). Jim Borell, Brett Moyer, Jamie Rooney, Brenden Thenhaus, and Wayne, PA native Pat Heim round out this season’s rookie class for Philly.
